Christy's journey in real estate began in 1996, where she immersed herself in diverse roles within commercial and construction sectors before transitioning to focus solely on sales in 2015. As a host of The American Dream TV show, Christy not only excels in her sales career but also shares her expertise and insights with a broader audience. Since 2019, Christy has been the top residential sales agent in the KW Cumming office, further solidifying her reputation as a leader in her field. Born and raised in Alpharetta, GA, Christy has deep roots in the Atlanta area and has a residence in both Canton, GA and Auburn, AL. Her commitment to her community extends beyond real estate, as evidenced by her graduation from the Leadership Forsyth class of 2016 and her active involvement in the 400 North Board of Realtors and the Cumming-Forsyth Chamber of Commerce. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Auburn University, Christy is known for her diligent work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and adept negotiation abilities. However, what truly sets Christy apart is her unwavering faith in God. Despite facing significant challenges, she has relied on her faith to navigate difficult circumstances, ensuring her children never saw themselves as victims. Her faith has been her rock, guiding her through adversity and inspiring her to share her faith with others. For the past eight years, Christy has led a weekly prayer zoom call in her office and coordinated a Sunday Worship Service at the annual Keller Williams Conferences for the past three years. Christy's story is one of resilience, faith, and a relentless drive to help others realize their value. Her journey serves as a testament to her unwavering faith in God's provision and her commitment to making a positive impact in her community and beyond.

Dana Manson works as a buyer’s agent and marketing specialist. Her philosophy has always been that real estate is not just a home buying or selling business, it is a “people” business. Beyond having the knowledge and experience, being a buyer’s agent is about listening, understanding, communicating and helping people make the best decisions they can given their set of circumstances.

The idea of being in an industry that allows her to serve people and make a difference was one of things that drew her to real estate in the first place. After graduating with a marketing degree from Belmont University in Nashville, she worked in the corporate world in Nashville as a marketing executive for many years. In 1994, she took her marketing experience and desire to be of service and launched a successful real estate career in Nashville. She decided to take some time off to raise a family when her husband’s job relocated them to Orlando and eventually to the Atlanta area.

Dana has been a resident of Forsyth County now for 5 years and has revitalized her real estate career with Christy’s team. She is constantly researching the market and is eager to share her knowledge of the areas ever-growing communities. She has experience working with all levels of buyers, including first time home, families moving to larger homes or relocating to the area and empty nesters wanting to downsize. It’s all about people and her goal is to help her clients find the perfect house while building lasting relationships.

Lisa Sherouse is a seasoned professional and the Operations Manager for our team, bringing over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has deep roots in Forsyth County, having lived there for more than 18 years and raising two wonderful sons.

Originally from England, Lisa began her career in the US with the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation department for the US Marine Corps at the USMC Air Station New River and Camp LeJeune in North Carolina. After relocating to Atlanta, she continued her work in operations and marketing, focusing on start-ups and franchise management.

Lisa's entrepreneurial spirit led her to own a theatre company in Forsyth County before she expanded to owning and managing a theatre in Roswell. Her extensive background in business, operations, and marketing is a tremendous asset to the real estate industry, where she excels in managing and supporting both our team and our clients.

Her colleagues often marvel at her problem-solving skills, humorously attributing her success to a “magic wand.” Outside of work, Lisa enjoys nurturing her artistic side by producing and directing shows at the School Street Playhouse in downtown Cumming.

Rusty Wallace is a buyer’s agent whose strong negotiation and communication skills offer clients a smooth home buying process.

After graduating from East Tennessee State University with a degree in mathematics, Rusty spent 20 years excelling at his career in law enforcement. This role took him around the world, traveling to many
countries and living in many different locations. The past 8 years he has been working in the corporate world, which is what brought him to Atlanta, Georgia. This diverse career background provides valuable skills to his real estate clients, from his experience negotiating multi-million dollar contracts to an innate ability to build relationships.

Rusty currently lives in Cumming, Georgia, where he recently relocated from Sandy Springs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. You can also find him completing home renovation projects any free minute that he has.

Michelle Wallace is our Listing Coordinator/Personal Assistant and has lived in Georgia since 2020 with her husband, Rusty Wallace, who is also an agent on the Scally Carter Team, and their dog Lily. She contributes to the success of our team by utilizing her high level of organizational skills. Previously, she was an Executive Travel Consultant where she developed both her ability to focus on details and building strong problem-solving skills. She has moved frequently over the years while her husband worked for the government, which has enabled her to understand the various experiences our clients may be going through while working with our team.

She has two beautiful daughters and a son-in-law who currently live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. For fun, both Michelle and Rusty like to take on home renovation projects from refinishing furniture to completely remodeling a kitchen. Michelle owned her own antique business in Virginia. She is an instrumental addition to our office!
