About Us

Christy Scally Carter is our team leader and a go-getter. In the past 8 years, Christy has sold over $100 Million. She started her real estate career in 1996, working in a variety of fields including commercial and construction. In 2015, Christy started to focus strictly on sales. She is the top 1% of producers in all of Forsyth County, and has been ranked #4 in the Southeast Region out of 14,672 agents for sales volume. She is also the top residential sales agent in the KW Cumming office of 275 agents for 2019 and 2020, and a top team in 2021 and 2922. In 2018, Christy earned her Associate Broker’s license.

Born and raised in Alpharetta, GA, Christy has worked throughout the Atlanta and Auburn areas. Now residing in Canton, GA, Christy is happily married with six children, five grandchildren and three dogs. Half of her family resides in Greater Atlanta and the other half in Auburn, AL.

She is active in the community and is a graduate of the Leadership Forsyth class of 2016, a member of the 400 North Board of Realtors, and the Cumming, Forsyth Chamber of Commerce.

Christy graduated Summa Cum Laude at Auburn University and is known for her diligent work, great follow-through, communication skills, and ability to negotiate some of the most challenging circumstances.

Margaret Buell D’Ambrosi is an award winning videographer and photographer and works with Scally Carter Team Services to capture the beauty of every home. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a double emphasis in Broadcasting and Public Relations. With her technology skills, creativity and detailed eye she is able to peak the interest of potential buyers so they want to come and tour the home they see in the photos.

Additionally, Margaret teaches videography and photography in the Continuing Education Department for University of North Georgia where she is often inspired afterwards to find the creative composition, lighting and story of each unique home.

She is also a licensed real estate agent and having sold real estate before as a buyers agent, she has a unique ability to see a home from buyers perspective. Her license also gives her access to homes through the Supra box. If for some reason you are not able to be present, have a vacant home or if the listing agent can’t be present this gives Scally Carter Team Services the ability to capture your listing fast and go live quicker.

Dana Manson works as a buyer’s agent and marketing specialist. Her philosophy has always been that real estate is not just a home buying or selling business, it is a “people” business. Beyond having the knowledge and experience, being a buyer’s agent is about listening, understanding, communicating and helping people make the best decisions they can given their set of circumstances.

The idea of being in an industry that allows her to serve people and make a difference was one of things that drew her to real estate in the first place. After graduating with a marketing degree from Belmont University in Nashville, she worked in the corporate world in Nashville as a marketing executive for many years. In 1994, she took her marketing experience and desire to be of service and launched a successful real estate career in Nashville. She decided to take some time off to raise a family when her husband’s job relocated them to Orlando and eventually to the Atlanta area.

Dana has been a resident of Forsyth County now for 5 years and has revitalized her real estate career with Christy’s team. She is constantly researching the market and is eager to share her knowledge of the areas ever-growing communities. She has experience working with all levels of buyers, including first time home, families moving to larger homes or relocating to the area and empty nesters wanting to downsize. It’s all about people and her goal is to help her clients find the perfect house while building lasting relationships.

Lisa Sherouse Riley is our Operations Manager and has lived in Forsyth County for over 16 years with her husband and has two sons. After emigrating to the US from England she worked in the Morale, Welfare and Recreation department for the US Marine Corps on the USMC Air Station New River and Camp LeJeune, in North Carolina. After moving to Atlanta, she continued her career in Operations and Marketing.

Lisa has been a business owner. She owned a theatre company here in Forsyth County before owning and operating a theatre in Roswell for several years. She is able to utilize her business acumen, as well as her operations and marketing experience, in the real estate industry. With over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry her ability to manage and support the team, as well as our clients, is tantamount to the success of our entire office, ensuring that the Scally Carter Team provides the very best service to our clients. The team loves to brag that she has the ability to fix pretty much anything or any situation. They claim she has a magic wand! She occasionally feeds her artistic side by producing shows at the School Street Playhouse in the City of Cumming.

Rusty Wallace is a buyer’s agent whose strong negotiation and communication skills offer clients a smooth home buying process.

After graduating from East Tennessee State University with a degree in mathematics, Rusty spent 20 years excelling at his career in law enforcement. This role took him around the world, traveling to many
countries and living in many different locations. The past 8 years he has been working in the corporate world, which is what brought him to Atlanta, Georgia. This diverse career background provides valuable skills to his real estate clients, from his experience negotiating multi-million dollar contracts to an innate ability to build relationships.

Rusty currently lives in Cumming, Georgia, where he recently relocated from Sandy Springs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. You can also find him completing home renovation projects any free minute that he has.

Michelle Wallace is our Listing Coordinator/Personal Assistant and has lived in Georgia since 2020 with her husband, Rusty Wallace, who is also an agent on the Scally Carter Team, and their dog Lily. She contributes to the success of our team by utilizing her high level of organizational skills. Previously, she was an Executive Travel Consultant where she developed both her ability to focus on details and building strong problem-solving skills. She has moved frequently over the years while her husband worked for the government, which has enabled her to understand the various experiences our clients may be going through while working with our team.

She has two beautiful daughters and a son-in-law who currently live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. For fun, both Michelle and Rusty like to take on home renovation projects from refinishing furniture to completely remodeling a kitchen. Michelle owned her own antique business in Virginia. She is an instrumental addition to our office!

Evan Behrhorst attended the University of North Georgia as a physical therapy major but soon developed a passion for real estate. Within his first month of being licensed, Evan immersed himself into the practice and used his strong social skills to secure his first listing.

Raised in Forsyth County, he played lacrosse in high-school and was a member of the nation's largest chapter for the Future Business Leaders of America organization. He enjoys being active both inside and outside the office and is always looking for opportunities to grow his knowledge and experience.

Along with his ability to solve even the most challenging problems, Evan utilizes his outgoing personality and reliable work ethic to engage in building strong relationships. He always makes it his purpose to treat his clients with respect and aims to fulfill their needs with integrity and the highest quality.
